If you are looking to improve the air quality in your home, we suggest investing in an air purifier for your HVAC system. Our HVAC company recommends using at least a MERV 10 pleated filter.
I hear sounds coming from my HVAC unit, is this a problem?
If you hear sounds from your HVAC unit, it may be time for HVAC repair or HVAC replacement. Give us a call and we will check it out, offering recommendations on whether it's time to replace or repair your HVAC unit.
How can I help control my heating and cooling costs?
Controlling your heating and cooling costs starts by getting regular HVAC maintenance. Also, we can install a programmable thermostat so your unit will raise or lower the temperature automatically based on the schedule you determine.
If you install a new unit for me, what is the average life expectancy of the equipment?
Need an HVAC changeout? Our units last 15 to 20 years. However, If a seasonal inspection and HVAC maintenance is performed this could extend the life of the unit beyond 20 years.
Do you offer any warranties?
Our HVAC company offers a 1 year parts warranty on all parts and 90 day service warranty. Most new equipment will come with a 10 year compressor and parts warranty if registered when the system is installed.
